BC Poker General Terms & Conditions

These General Terms & Conditions constitute the official agreement between each user and BC Poker, operated by TwoCent Technology Limited. By accessing or using any part of the platform – including poker games, casino products, and account features – the user agrees to be bound by these terms in full. BC Poker operates under a licence issued by Anjouan Licensing Services Inc. (Union of Comoros), Licence No. ALSI-202410011-FI1.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To create an account and use BC Poker, the following conditions must be met:

  • The user must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if higher than 18.
  • Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.
  • Registration is not available to residents of restricted jurisdictions, including but not limited to: United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, France, Spain, Austria, Germany, Australia, Comoros, and all countries listed on the FATF blacklist.
  • All information provided during registration must be accurate and current. Providing false or misleading details is grounds for immediate account closure.

BC Poker reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage to confirm that registration requirements have been met.

Account Security and Responsibility BC Poker

Account Security and Responsibility

Each account holder is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. This includes the email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes linked to the account.

Required actions upon suspected unauthorized access:

  • contact BC Poker support immediately via Live Chat or email to request a temporary account freeze;
  • change the account password and review two-factor authentication settings as soon as access is restored.

BC Poker does not accept liability for losses or unauthorized transactions that result from the user’s failure to secure their credentials or from sharing account access with a third party. The platform applies security monitoring to detect unusual login activity, but the primary responsibility for account security rests with the account holder.

Bonus Funds and Withdrawal Restrictions

Bonus funds credited to an account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. If a withdrawal is requested before the applicable wagering requirement is met, the uncleared portion of the bonus is forfeited and removed from the account balance.

Wagering requirements by product type:

  • Poker: 5x the bonus amount in rake generated at the cash tables or in tournament fees.
  • Casino: 50x the bonus amount in total bet volume on eligible casino games.

These requirements apply to each individual bonus. The specific wagering conditions for any promotional offer are published alongside that offer and may vary from the standard rates above.

Intellectual Property

All content on the BC Poker platform – including but not limited to software, game logic, graphical assets, interface design, logos, and the BC Poker brand name – is the property of TwoCent Technology Limited or its licensors.

The following are prohibited without prior written authorisation from BC Poker:

  • copying, reproducing, or distributing any part of the platform’s content;
  • using BC Poker trademarks or brand elements in any external publication or commercial product;
  • reverse-engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works based on the platform’s software.

Users are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform for lawful recreational gameplay only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of the platform or its content.

Limitation of Liability

BC Poker takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and service continuity. However, the platform does not accept liability in the following situations:

  • interruptions or failures caused by the user’s internet service provider, local network, or device;
  • data loss or game state disruption resulting from a disconnection on the user’s side during an active session;
  • delays in cryptocurrency withdrawal processing caused by blockchain network congestion or third-party payment gateway issues outside BC Poker’s operational control;
  • losses incurred by third parties as a result of the user’s actions on the platform.

BC Poker does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and reserves the right to schedule or implement maintenance periods. Service interruptions during maintenance are not grounds for compensation.

Amendments to Terms

BC Poker may update or amend these terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised terms are published on the platform with the effective date clearly indicated. Users are notified through the platform interface.

Continued use of the platform after the publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of the updated conditions. Users who do not accept the amended terms must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure. Pending balances subject to active wagering requirements at the time of amendment are governed by the terms in effect at the time the bonus was activated.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable under the licensing framework of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. BC Poker holds Licence No. ALSI-202410011-FI1 and operates under the regulatory requirements of that authority.

Dispute resolution process:

  1. Contact BC Poker support directly: via Live Chat (available 24/7), by email at support@bcpoker.com, or through Telegram at @bcpokerofficial. The support team handles the majority of account, payment, and gameplay disputes.
  2. If the matter is not resolved through direct support, the player may submit a formal complaint through the dispute resolution procedure established by the ALSI licensing authority.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan. BC Poker will cooperate with any formal investigation initiated by the licensing authority.
